We want you to love your flats. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page with your order number.
  2. Let us know the reason for the return (wrong size, changed mind, defective item, etc.).
  3. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’ll treat it as a return and help you place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right pair.

Defective or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the original.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been worn, washed, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale unless defective.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, but typically takes 3–5 business days after we confirm the return.
